[ ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS ]
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RCT Authority online store (the “Store”). By visiting or purchasing from the Store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
[ ELIGIBILITY ]
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to make a purchase. Minors may use the Store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
[ YOUR ACCOUNT ]
Your account (“Service Record”) is provided through Shopify’s customer-account service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
[ PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER ]
Our gear is made to order — printed or embroidered for you after you order — so slight variations in color, placement, or finish are normal and not defects. Product descriptions, images, and availability may change at any time without notice.
[ ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT ]
- Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
- Order Acceptance: We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for suspected fraud or for pricing or description errors — even after an order is placed.
- Payment: Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not collect or store your full payment-card details.
[ RANK & REWARDS PROGRAM ]
Signed-in customers may earn spend-based rank discounts (see Ranks & Rewards). The program is offered at our discretion, has no cash value, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
[ SHIPPING & RETURNS ]
Fulfillment and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
[ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ]
The Store and its content — including designs, artwork, logos, text, and trademarks — are owned by RCT Authority or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Store. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
[ ACCEPTABLE USE ]
You agree not to:
- Unlawful Use: Use the Store for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Interference: Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Store or its systems.
- Abuse: Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Store abusively, or misuse the contact form (for example, to send spam).
[ THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS ]
Checkout is operated by Shopify and is subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service. We also use analytics and may link to third-party sites for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party services or sites, which are governed by their own terms.
[ DISCLAIMERS ]
The Store and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
[ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ]
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCT Authority will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
[ INDEMNIFICATION ]
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCT Authority from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Store or your violation of these Terms.
[ PRIVACY ]
Your use of the Store is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
[ CHANGES TO THESE TERMS ]
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Store after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
[ GOVERNING LAW ]
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts.
