At RCT Authority, every piece of gear is made to order. This means we do not pull your item off a dusty warehouse shelf; we print or embroider it specifically for you the moment your order is placed.
[ ORDER FULFILLMENT & PRODUCTION TIMES ]
- Production Time: It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
- The Process: During this time, your apparel is printed, quality-checked, and packaged for transit.
[ ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES ]
Once your item passes quality control and is fulfilled, it is handed over to the carrier.
- Standard USA Shipping: Our default Flat Rate shipping typically takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
- International / APO / FPO: Shipping times outside the continental United States will vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
[ SPLIT SHIPMENTS ]
Your order may be split into multiple shipments for the following reasons:
- Packaging Requirements: Some products are individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra cushion. Items like hats, backpacks, and mugs will always ship separately from apparel.
- Fulfillment Location: We fulfill products in multiple locations, so if your order consists of products that have different fulfillment locations, we will ship the products separately.

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that the estimated delivery time is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you based on estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we cannot predict.
