At RCT Authority, we are committed to the technical precision and mission-readiness of our gear. Because our products are made-to-order—printed specifically for you the moment an order is placed—we do not maintain a physical inventory for traditional returns or exchanges.
[ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS ]
We take full responsibility for any errors in the manufacturing process.
- Coverage: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant print error, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
- Timeframe: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- Requirement: To initiate a claim, please email info@rctauthority.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
[ PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT ]
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the loss is confirmed by the carrier.
[ SIZE EXCHANGES & BUYER’S REMORSE ]
Because every piece of apparel is custom-printed for the individual who ordered it, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing Issues: Please consult our detailed size charts (available on each product page) before completing your purchase.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns for a change of heart or personal preference once an item has entered production.
[ INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS ]
- Address Errors: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
[ HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM ]
- Documentation: Take 2–3 high-resolution photos of the defect or damage.
- Contact: Email the photos and your order number to info@rctauthority.com.
- Review: Our team (or our fulfillment partner, Printful) will review the images.
- Resolution: Once approved, we will immediately process a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
